Recent Work on Flack’s Folly
After about four days of travelling, and about 1000 Miles by road, we arrived. The stuff you can see stacked in front of the van was kit we carried to be able to do the work. The car had been stuffed full of tools!
The next trip was to the local builders yard, where a considerable amount of timber and some roofing sheets were purchased, and the build began.
In one corner the bathroom was planned, and the timber framework for the walls was put up, along with some more cement mix for the floor.
The rest of the rood went on, and the walls of the bathroom were completed, cladding the inside.
The external walls were clad, and the fit out of the bathroom started in earnest.
As well as the internal fit out
And we ended up with the finished camp.
With thanks to my brother in law, Steve Launchbury Clark, who came along for the trip, and made all of this possible!
